This is a 3-12 month mastermind programme for small business owners who are stuck in their business, want to reach new levels of success, need accountability and clarity, to identify obstacles and design strategies to overcome them, address limiting beliefs and the effects of RSD, to feel energised, inspired and achieve the highest version of yourself.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

CliftonStrengths Assessment

Understand your natural talents and unique strengths profile by taking this assessment as your first task when joining the Mastermind. You'll get an in-depth report on the findings of this assessment sent to you by Gallup.

Initial Feedback Session with Sophie

Once you have taken the CliftonStrengths Assessment, you can book in for a 1-hour coaching session to go through your report and to start tailoring your business to your strengths.

Optional extra 1:1 Coaching Sessions

In addition to the initial coaching session, you can choose to book either 3, 6 or 12 months of ongoing coaching (sessions every 2 weeks), and you're able to spread the cost of these over those months.

Design your Business Strategy

Sophie will help you to design your business strategy, ideate any obstacles you are facing, and help you find clarity in your direction so you can ultimately achieve the sucess you want.
